INGREDIENTS

Cooking oil-1/2 cup, Kadhai Masala-2tsp, Chopped garlic-2tsp, chopped onion – 250 Gms, Grated tomatoes – 500 Gms, Turmeric pwd – 1/2tsp, Chilli pwd -1/2tsp, Coriander pwd – 2tsp, Cashewpaste-2tbsp, Tomato paste-1tbsp, Chicken -600gms, Salt-to taste, Cream – 1cup, Lemon juice-30ml, Sugar-1tsp

Finishing

Kasuri methi – 2tsp, Biryani masala -1tsp, Chopped corriader-1/2cup, Ghee amul-2tbsp

METHOD:

1-Heat oil in a pan add kadhai masala, followed by chopped garlic &onion. Cook till golden brown in color.

2-Add grated tomatoes & tomato paste, to the above onions along with turmeric pwd, chilli pwd & coriander pwd.

3-Cook till masala leaves the oil. Add chicken to the above masala, along with salt & allow it to cook on slow flame add little water in between if required.

4-Once the chicken is cooked & the masala is thick in consistency add cashew paste & cooking cream. Mix it well.

5-Towards the end adjust seasoning with salt, sugar & lemon juice. Finish the chicken tikka masala with Kasuri methi, biryani masala, chopped coriander & ghee amul.
